Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revisions as specified in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees. We will provide clear communication about any additional costs before proceeding.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We retain ownership of:

• Design concepts, mockups, and work-in-progress materials
• Stock images, fonts, and third-party assets used in your project
• Our general processes, techniques, and workflows

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on timely client feedback and cooperation. Delays caused by late feedback, incomplete materials, or scope changes may extend the timeline. We will communicate any timeline adjustments promptly.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project:

• Cancel before work begins: Full refund of deposit
• Cancel after work begins: Deposit is non-refundable; payment for work completed is due
• All cancellation requests must be made in writing

Warranties and Liability

We warrant that our services will be performed professionally and with reasonable skill. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phoenix Growth Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
